How to arrange some rectangles in a big rectangle ?

Hi everyone!

i have a rectangle (dim: 1220 x 2440), and, i have some other rectangles that are smaller. (ex: 100x100, 200x300, ...). And now, i want to optinally arrange those rectangles in the big rectangle.

(those rectangles are not overlap)

How can i do ?
