I have a problem when open up the Mathlab program

My nme is Chitchanok Jaroenphat, I am using the mathlab student version. when I open the program It always appeared like below, in red color, please suggest what to do

TMW has free support for installation and initial startup issues even for the Student version -- use the "Contact Us" link at the top to report the issues. (A site search in the support page might find a FAQ for the problem but I've not looked...)
