Hi, does anyone have coded the AMMI (additive main effect and multiplicative interaction) model in a matlab function ?
I know it exists in R and generate biplot to interpret genotype and environment interactions.
Thanks

It is my understanding that you need to code the AMMI (additive main effect and multiplicative interaction) model in MATLAB.There is no in-built MATLAB function that could implement AMMI model.
But the following documentation will help in creating an interaction plot that shows the main effects and conditional effects and also plots the interaction effects of two predictors in linear regression model.
