The charts displayed on your channel use the browser time. Are you looking to see UTC timestamps in the browser?

Thank you for your help,
I have now used another browser "Edge" and with this the timestamp is correct. Now I have to find out why the wrong timestamps are in the Opera browser

If you have browser extensions/plugins that are changing your browser's timezone, then you will see this issue.
Try logging in to ThingSpeak with another browser, or disabling all browser extensions and logging in using an icognito/private browser view.

I had set in my system (UTC-04: 00 Atlantic (Canada) Summer time off. Opera has set GMT-0300
Opera ignores summer time on off switch in the time settings in windows 10 .
Well I have set "Caracas (UTC-04: 00" and the time stamp is correct. Caracas has no summer time and the switch is inactive.
