Import data from a matrix in a URL

It's very simple my question. I wanna use data from this matrix (https://campus.fi.uba.ar/pluginfile.php/306526/mod_resource/content/0/mdq.dat) because I can't download it. I tried urlread('') and dlmread('') but failed. :(

I couldn't access to the URL. Maybe it is accessible only from intranet.
Anyway, have you tried webread function already?

Why not download it interactively with your browser?
