Simulink for gas chamber

I want to make a gas chamber for sensor simulation (lab scale). Can it be done with matlab? which part of the simulink?

You can use Simscape for physical modelling, you can refer to fluids section for gas modelling. For more information, refer this documentation of Gas Models
