rearranging the elements of array

i have an array a=[1 0 2 2 2 1 1 1 2 2]

i want the location of each point that are arranged in ascending order like

s=[0 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 ] location must be like

loct=[2 1 6 7 8 3 4 5 9 10]
