Introducing diffusion based mass transfer limitation into a simple concentration vs time profile?

Does anybody have ideas (or code) of how to introduce mass trasnsfer limitation into a simple concentration vs time profile for a simple second order reaction

r = k[A][B] to see how the profile changes? for example introducing it at 2 minutes into the reaction to see how the profile chnages from that point on
