Hi,
I am studying my PhD and I have to write some papers. I would like to ask you about the figure quality.
I use to copy the figure as "Preserve information" and paste in to Word (previously, I have modified the axis, size, fonts...), but which have higher quality to copy in to Word?
  • Metafile
  • Preserve information
  • Bitmap
I know that .eps format is the best for vector graphics...
Does the copy option have more quality than save as .tif format (previously, I redering to 600dpi)?
Best regards,
Luis

In my experience, using Metafile (or sometimes called enhanced metafile) has better quality shown in Word and later in PDF file.
