我也遇到类似的问题，我觉得可能是自己电脑的网络连接原因，我点了“是”以后重新开始加载就好了。
I also encountered a similar problem. I think it may be the reason for the network connection of yr own computer. I clicked "Yes" to restarted loading and it worked.
