R2019b Blank appdesigner

Hello, today i downloaded the R2019b trial version. I wanted to open the appdesigner and it opens the appdesigner window, but its completely white. And in some parts of the screen the mouse turns into the hand form.
I have already tried to change the preferences folder. and nothing happened. The steps by (Elliot Wolf ) are here https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/313886-why-is-app-designer-not-opening#comment_416712

Hi Vivi,
I am confronted with the same problem too. May I ask that how did you solve it finally? I guess it is caused by the network problem, yet dont know how to solve it. And the same issue happened on the MATLAB documentation center. It showes blank, yet in some parts of the screen the mouse turns into the hand form. Thanks.
