RMI Setup error with DOORS integration

While running RMI setup i am getting error like
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019b\toolbox\shared\reqmgt\dxl\dmi.inc is already the latest version.
Installation failed: Unable to resolve the name rmi.menus_selection_links.
why this happens? I have a doubt how we can setup rmi with IBM DNG web as am not seeing any option for that in same rmi setup?
