building a phase or an amplitude

Hello everybody,
I'm trying to build a phase and/or an amplitude from a group of images (which were taken every 1-hr for only one day). I a little bit new in using the FFT for doinf that.
Is there anybody that can help me with that, I'll be very appreciated for helping me?
