How to find overlapping trajectories

I have trajectories from two-color Single Particle Tracking. I want to find overlaping trajectories (both spcae and time) betwwen two colors and display/save them.

Any help is much appreciated. Please find the data files attached. Four coloumn data contains X cordinates, Y cordinates, Track ID, Frame number.

From the dataset extract the x,y coordinates and pass them to the following function.
