questions are as this
1,in circuit 1,why i can't use the Voltage Measurement and Current Measurement in the simulink?
2,i just want to measure the Instantaneous vlotage and current, should i use the voltage measure block or should i use the voltage sensor and ps-simulink convertor?what is the difference between them?
3,why i must use the solver configuration, what is the difference of simulation-model configuration parameters?

Good day. If u are using bloks from Spesialized technologi in Simscape , u shoud use Voltage measurment block. If your model in simscape block then right to use voltage sensor and Ps converter.

and there is another question that why i can't connect the voltage measurement?(the red dashed line)

U are trying connect blocks from different libraries, it is wrong.
For schema with SolverCongiduration you have to use Voltage sensor block and PS converter.

Use blocks from SimScape Electrical library, not from Specialized Power Systems ( witch part of SimScape Electrical)

i have used the blocks form all SimScape Electrical library, and there are still some questions
1,what is the diference between the SimScape Electrical library and Specialized Power Systems, why their DC Voltage are still different?
2,why i shouldn't use the solver finfiguration but the powergui in the Specialized Power Systems?
3,why there is no resistance respectively but the Series RLC load in the Specialized Power Systems?
thanks a lot!
