Undefined function or variable 'addCustomBasemap'

Hello All, I'm trying to add custom basemap but i got "Undefined function or variable 'addCustomBasemap'" even thouugh I have downloaded what it needs from Add-Ons to works but it doesnt, kindly your support to solve this issue. note that i'm using matlab 2018b version.
