"Create test from spreadsheet" takes too much time and memory?

I want to design a tool which can import/export data between a spreadsheet and Simulink test manager, In MATLAB 2019b, I tried the option "Create test from spreadsheet" but it overflows my C drive and takes a lot of time.The last time I tried, It took 8 hours to overflow my C drive and and still the process was going on of creating those test cases. Any support on this?
