Arduino support package win10 compatibility

Hi,

I'm trying to get Matlab and Simulink set up to work with an Arduino. However, when I try to install the support packages, I get the following notification:

I'm running R2019b. On Win7 I was able to install all support packages, but after I upgraded my PC to Win10, I see this error on both the Matlab support package and the Simulink support package. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on?

Did you try re-installing MATLAB and the support packages?

I couldn't get the support packages installed, but have tried again yesterday and now the installation works fine, not sure what made it work. Thanks for your feedback in any case!
