How to read raw data from XiO TPS?

I got raw datas from XiO treatment planning system. The file extension of the files is .dcm, i could open one file and the result is a slice of patient CT image. How could i combine all of the slices and got the 3D image? I also want to display the contour of each organ to see the 4D image, could anyone help me? Thankyou

There are very few tools on XiO. Plastimatch has a command line interface to convert it to DICOM. But some of the geometry doesn't look correct based on my experience. Another way is to convert it to RTOG with XiO then from RTOG to DICOM (using CERR).
