Simulink On-ramp offline ?

When I launch Simulink On-ramp (simulink r2019a), I have the following error message : Check your internet connection (...).

Is it possible to access Simulink On-ramp offline / without internet connection ?

I understand that you would like to use Simulink Onramp without an internet connection. Simulink Onramp requires an internet connection – it is not currently possible to access the course and save your results without one.
