Extracting certain values from a cell array with nth columns containing double arrays

Hello all,

I have a 1x44 cell array where each column contains a 72x4 double array. For each of these double arrays I need to extract the maximum value within the 3rd column to a new matrix, therefore I should end up with a 44x1 double array. Any suggestions on how to do this would be appreciated. I have attached the .mat file if further clarification regarding the structure is needed.
