Resistance Calculator For Circuits

Hi. I am new at GUI. I want to make a resistance calculator for basic circuits. I want to create texts and push buttons with push button dynamically. And with these push buttons, I want to make them again. Also when I create a new text, I must add to new functions for find total resistance of circuit. Below is an image of my purpose. Can you help me?
