how can i get (-K-) value in gain function using Simulink.

Double-click on the block and the parameters should come up.
If you need to be able to get the gain by way of program, then you can
get_param('NAME_OF_MODEL/Heat Gain/Degree', 'Gain')
where you need to replace NAME_OF_MODEL with the appropriate model name. Also, I am not happy about the '/' in the block name 'Heat Gain/Degree': that could potentially cause problems.
