MATLAB 30-Day Trial Issue

After I put all of my information including my name, email, institution, etc. I get one of the two messages (I did it more than once to make sure I pit my informatino in right) "you are not eligible for this packaged trial" or "We are unable to offer you a trial." I don't know what to do please someone help! Thanks.

Please contact Mathworks Sales.
The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database.
OKay, thank you so much.
It is not clear why certain potential users are excluded from the 30-day trial (i am not a staff mwmber or their relatives).

There are a few main possible reasons why a trial might be denied:
  • if you had requested another trial "too recently". Mathworks might be patient, but they are not willing to allow people to use their software for free indefinitely by requesting repeated trials. I have formed the impression that the limit for ordinary accounts is two trials per year. Perhaps it is two trials per six months, I don't know.
  • if your location is a country that is subject to sanctions from the US State Department (such as Iran), then Mathworks cannot legally sell to you or offer you trials.
  • Occasionally, Mathworks might black-list accounts if it determines through its technical investigations that the account associated with abuse

I am an online user since yesterday, bit I would like to change for the 30 day trial. I am not from a sanctioned country, and not associated by any abuse.
People in the MATLAB forum here are only volunteers, not TMW employees. Thus we cannot decide whether you can get a trial licence or not. You have to contact sales:
I neglected to mention another case:
  • If your country is one in which Mathworks goes through a distributor, then you cannot get the trial directly from Mathworks: you need to get the trial from the distributor
