How to assign cell array into the table as xlsx format

Please take a look to the example file I want to put each array of cell corresponding to lon and lat in table as xlsx format for analysing.

If you take a look to the lon or lat file, for example at the same location is two set of data in saltbs file. I want to remove and filter the one which is not real value for analysing. For example,

You can see at the first and second row similar value for longitude, accordingly for latitude, and when come to the data "saltbs{1,3}" second column is not reliable value, and accordingly, so I want to delete.
