classification learner app classify multiclass data or not if it does than it work on one to one method or one vs all for decision tree , KNN and SVM classifier

I want to know matlab classification learner app which method used for multiclass classification one to one or one vs all. I have 5 class in my data set so i want to know classification learner app how to train data in classfier using one to one method or one vs all method.

I want to how classifier works in matlab how they train data and then validate. If anyone have some idea please help me
