I have interfaced ADC TO fpga Board and 8 bit data is sending to MATLAB by UART protocol .

Now I want to plot that analog Signal wave to the MATLAB ?

how to plot analog signal ? hoq to define x, y axis ?

You can display this via the Logic Analyzer or Time Scope.
