CAT12 not appearing under SPM12 "Toolboxes" dropdown menu

I have downloaded CAT12 and pasted the unzipped "cat12" folder into the "toolbox" folder within the SPM12 program file (this was based on the CAT12 manual). However, when I open SPM12 and try to open CAT12 from the SPM GUI, it is not appearing under the drop-down "Toolboxes" menu. I have restarted MATLAB, as well as my computer, and neither have worked. I have also added CAT12 to may MATLAB path, and that didn't help either. Any suggestions?

I downloaded cat12 from http://dbm.neuro.uni-jena.de/cat/ , unzipped and pasted it inside spm12 toolbox folder downloaded from https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/download/spmreg.php .after restarting matlab ,cat 12 option appeared in spm tool box gui.
