How to pull data from multiple files and find the mean?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to MatLab so I'm sorry if this is a fairly basic query.

I'm wanting to take data from multiple .axgt files (tab delimited text files) and perform an autocorrelation on all the data. Then group it and find the mean and SEM for the grouped data.

I can perform an autocorrelation on a single file and plot the outcome. Its the multiple files bit that really throws me.

Any help or advice would be really appreciated. If there's anything I've left out that is important to your answer, let me know and I'll add more detail.
