Add velocity-colorbar to spectrogram

Hii, I want to add a velocity-colorbar to a spectrogram. On one side the frequency and on the other side the velocity. Is there a way to realize it?

You can use colorbar to display colorbar (color scale). Colorbars display the current colormap and indicate the mapping of data values into the colormap. You can modify colormap to display the required colorbar.
