Simulink Onramp doesn't work properly_MATLAB version R2019b

Hello! My Simulink Onramp doesn't work properly. When I click the button to start the tutorial, it appears a blank page; it worked only once, by chance, but then the program crushed. I have MATLAB version R2019b. Could anyone support me, please? Thanks

Hi,

I had this same issue with Matlab 2019b where only a blank window would appear. It started working after I signed into my MathWorks account from Matlab. I also received an Email saying that my licence (academic) was now linked to my account. It just started working after this.

Hi. I had the same problem and have fixed: I updated my version from R2019b to R2020a (my license was still valid).
