Lumped Element two-port on PCB

Lumped element loads appear to be one-ports. I assume the other side of the load is connected to ground implicitly.

Is it possible to connect a load between two (close) points on the antenna? I want to model passive components on a PCB.

Maybe it is already late, it just is came to my attention. Ahywhere, use two regular ports at a distance of your resistor footprint. In post processing, connect a S-matrix of series resitor to those ports and you will get answer from your the ports left in the model.
