Error when using "OutlierTest" function in DOMFlour toolbox on MATLAB, How may I solve this problem ?

Your MATLAB path is messed up.

restoredefaultpath;
rehash toolboxcache
savepath

now add DOMFlour toolbox onto your path and try again. Do not replace your entire path, just add new things.
