Why is the MATLAB documentation coming up blank?

Why is the MATLAB documentation coming up blank? When I try to bring up the documentation in MATLAB I get a blank screen.

This is commonly an htmlrenderer related issue, however it can also be caused by an invalid proxy.

If this does not resolve the issue, make sure an invalid proxy, or a proxy that has been setup but is not being used, is not currently active.
