Finding slope of findchangept linear plot

Hi all,
Long time follower of this forum. All who answer questions are GOAT! I appreciate the time and effort you all put into your answers.
With the function findchangepts(X, 'Statistics', 'linear'), I'd like to obtain the slopes of the linear plots. Attached is my sample data, and associated plot. Any advice would be appreciated.
