I tried converting between matlab and hardware openGL but nothing help.

Looks like your Graphic Card doesn't Support Graphics Smoothing as the flag SupportGraphicsSmoothing is returned as 0.
You can have a look at the System Requirements for Graphics and maybe you can try upgrading your Graphics Driver as mentioned in the page which might help.
