Make a cut in a surface where i got a 1/2 of the heigth of each different peak

I like to make a cut of 1/2 of the height of the peaks, to give me another surface where only i got the peaks cuts. and i want to find the center of the local group of peaks(in this case the center of a two, three or four consecutive peaks) Best Regards

One half the height calculated per-peak, or is the cut at a constant level? If it is at a constant level, then slice or isosurface might help.
A cut at one half of the height of each peak would be more difficult if the peaks are different heights.

I got the peaks with different heights....
this is a little difficult because i have to desconsider the noise , and find the peaks, after found the peaks its only find the maximum value and divide by 2.
