측정한 데이터를 어떤 분포함수인가 판단하는 방법

안녕하십니까?
현재 matlab에서 측정한 데이터를 이용하여 히스토그램으로 만들어 분포피팅기에서 피팅기하면 분포함수를 알 수 있는데요
분포피팅기에 rayleigh, rician distributiond를 적용하고 싶은데 어떻게 하면 되나요
아니면 측정한 데이타가 rayleigh distribution 함수인가 어떻게 알아낼 수 있을까요
