An example about genetic algoritm how can solve it?

I have a homework and I could not do it about genetic algorithm. I did some of it,but I couldn't bring it up. The fitness function is schwefel function..

The Rules

-Use the roulette wheels selectionwith the schwefel function. And the binary form. Populastion size 10-100

- The friends who will use elitizim will randomly select individuals as much as the population size, according to the selection method they use a missing individual.
