Serial communication F 28377s

can anyone help me by listing the main procedures to create a small Simulink model that uses Serial Receive and Serial Send blocks from embedded coder library to exchange serial data between my computer and F28377s hardware. Briefly i want to send sine wave from MATLAB simulink to DSP F28377s to be gained and then returned back to PC to be read in scope in matlab.
