Physio timepoint in Recor Regression (fmri)

I'm trying to line up my physio data (pulse and respiration) to the fmri data (tasks, inter/extero). I don't know which toolbox or software I should use to align the the two data sets. Can someone please help me?

Is this a Simulink issue? It is not clear why you used "embedded matlab function" as a tag ?
