Using the first value of a variable during simulation in Simulink

This block generates output only once during simulation (at the beginning of the simulation). And I want to use the output obtained initially throughout the simulation. I tried to use Unit Delay, but I think I have to add something. Could you help?

If the triggered subsystem is truly ran only once, then you don't need to do anything. The output value of this block is "held". Just try it.
