Simple plot of time series from excel

Hi!
I am new to matlab and I am trying to import and plot a serie of date and time on the x axis and the temperature on the y axis. I am still stuck at importing since the data reads as numbers instead of time when I use readtable. How do I do this? Attached is the spreadsheet in Excel, I need column 4 vs 1. I have Matlab 2019b.
