I want to run my code at my customer's computer like an application without downloading MATLAB. It gets ".mat" files as input and shows some graphics with these parameters. Is there any way to do it?

No, it has to be compiled on the same kind of operating system it is to be installed on.

You can create a standalone application from MATLAB. Refer to the following link:

I am not clear about whether you are telling us that that particular program does not need the MATLAB IDE to run, or if instead you are telling us that if that section of code is included in a program, that that particular program will not need the MATLAB IDE to run, or if instead you are telling us that if you run that particular program once, that that MATLAB installation will be configured so that no further programs will require the MATLAB IDE to run?
