Rasterize 3-D area into gridded-areas

Hello,

The 3-D space is devided into blocks with side length of "d". There is a 3-D triangle (quadrilateral) in it. I want to rasterize the 3-D area into small squares aligning with the blocks. Like this:

Can you attach more pictures so it can be more informative? Are those small squares flat or 3d?

These are small flat squares aligining with orthogonal planes. In these pictures, some of small areas are not squares. But I need squares, and this may be easier.
