Does 'Data Store Memory' block write the data to embedded system memory?

1 view (last 30 days)
I have couple of questions actually,
1)Does 'Data Store Memory' block in Simulink write the data to embedded system memory?
2)If so, does it store last (one) data?
3)If so, can it do also when embedded system doesn't even work? (In case of energy supply is not working)
4) If so, what if I dont have enough space at my embedded system?
Thanks.

Thanks, I searched that already but it doesnt cover embedded system side. What I need to know, it is enough to store embedding system memory or should I use someting specific for this.
