CONN toolbox SPM12 Matlab 2020

Hello,
I have just downloaded MatlabR2020a and SPM12.
I can open SPM12 on this version of Matlab BUT i do not find CONN in the toolbox of SPM12 !
Do you have an idea WHY ?
Is it because my Matlab is earlier than 2019 version ?
