Calculate in time metric for difference in video files

Hello,

I have a collection of .mp4 files and I am trying to calculate the exact moment in time for the videos i have taken. The videos are in the microsecond is there any way to calculate in the 60 second time metric to the microsecond? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been thinking further the time format would need to be in mm:ss:uu, the files are videos being processed in adobe premiere. Would there be a 0-100 conversion? Thank you for any help!
