Permission required in MATLAB Drive file share?

I'm trying to share share a folder with my colleague via MATLAB Drive. But this problem appear
You don't have permission to access '83d1db23-3ec3-4189-8caf-b993358ac9d8'. Request permission from the owner.
Could someone please help with this problem or have met some similar ones before?
