turn off command line autofill

I don't beleive the autofill feature is working as intended but i do not want to worry about that issue i just need to turn it off. The way it is working is quite annoying.

If you are referring to Live Editor, and App Designer, then
Preferences - > Editor/Debugger -> Autocoding
and configure which ones you want.
